i bought my car from Keffer and I always get my car serviced there. I live in Hickory
and the service manager Heather picks up and drops my car off to me when I need
service. She has excellent customer service and I would refer all my friends and family to Keffer at any time

The customer service as keffer could not be any better. Everyone is courteous and explains everything well. There could not have been a better experience without having no car problems in the first place. Thank you Keffer and heather, all my cars will come from yall in the future.

My BMW 328xi was due for brakes and rotors. We bought our car from Keffer but we did price shopping to see who would take care of us the best. No one could beat Heather's customer service and prices. Heather went out of her way to take care of me and ensure I had a great experience!

This is the first Mitsubishi Galant and the first time having it serviced. I could not have asked for a better service department or service consultant. She went above and beyond what any other service department has done for me in the past. Thank you so much for making my experience with my new car great.

I have been a customer for several years and have NEVER been disappointed with the quality of service and thought it could not get any better. I have been proven wrong. With the addition of Heather to the service team the bar has been raised. She is cordial, sincere, and makes everything right.I trust her and the service team explicitly. As long as Heather is there I will be there as a devoted customer.

Excellent and prompt service. Always available to assist and don't mind working beyond regular business hours to finish the service. Reasonable, affordable and comparable prices on most of services (if not on all).
The guarantee they provide on Parts and Labor is a "real" guarantee, with out quoting some annoying reasons and trying to avoid the guarantee, which I observed to be case in many other places.
Also used to send many useful discounts and benefits for regular and valued customers.
I myself will definitely go there and suggest other mitsubishi customers to go there for service

We never take our Jaguar (or our Eclipse) anywhere for service, but to Heather. She's always attentive, professional, efficient, and does everything she can to save us money.
Stated plainly, in 50 years of driving, I've never encountered anyone in product service - in any industry - that is as worthy of my trust and business as she is.

Heather and Keffer Mitsubishi have earned my business for life! They worked very hard to identify and repair a problem caused by a repair done by another dealership on my '03 Mitsubishi Eclipse Spyder. They provided a loaner car and worked with me to keep the repair costs down. As a result, my car now runs better that when I bought it 6 months ago. Their professionalism and customer focus is outstanding!

How I found about this dealership is a long and very common problem. My car stopped working and for a 2007 Mitsubishi that was very unusual. So I took it to the Mitsubishi dealership in Hickory (which by the way was Saturn and changed over very abruptly) the first thing they told me is that it was the transmission and that they were not responsible for replacing it or fixing it. They would not return my phone calls whenever I called and kept passing me around to different people throughout the dealership which was very frustrating and stressful. We started calling other dealership and that is when I had the pleasure of dealing with Heather. She was so professional and listened to what I had to say before jumping to conclusions about my car and what she thinks is wrong with it. She made it so easy for us offering us a temporary car to drive and went the distance to make arrangements to pick up the car and drop the car off. This dealership will always get my business as long as there a professionals like Heather there.

I was devastated that my engine falied on my car, my only means of transportation. My first and only choice that came to my mind was to send my car straight to Keffer Select. I have had one too many negative encounters with the fix it shops right around the corner. You know the ones that charge too much and still doesn't fix your car. I knew I could take it to Keffer and there would be no problems or surprises. I received great service with a great price! The service department was straightforward, accurate, and prompt! I will definitely do all my car business with them again and will not hestitant when recommending them to someone else. Thanks again!
