My salesperson, Ron, was patient with me and provided excellent customer service. The finance dept. took exceptional care in explaining my loan/contract to me and my husband. :)

However, the sales manager, Tron, was NOT the type of person I'd like to deal with again. Everyone at Keffer Select had a positive attitude except him.

I just wanted to extend my appreciation to the superb service Sandy, Tron, David (sales) and Bob (service) provided me in the purchase of my new Outlander.

I intended to test drive a Honda but opted to drop by Keffer Select (after hours) to just look at the Outlander.  Sandy and Tron were still there past closing time.  They offered a test drive and stayed with me until 11:30 PM trying to find a car and a deal that fit my likes, needs and budget.

It was pressure-free.  They were always positive and patient.

Definitely not your "typical" car salesman(woman).

My Car search had been going on for 4 months due to the lack of 2011 Mitsubishi Lancers (This was explained to me by other dealers as being due to the Earthquake in Japan disrupting supply lines). I wanted a 2011 Lancer ES, Black inside and out, with an automatic Transmission... and that's it: any additional options would place it out of my price range.

At the other dealers I had to settle: one dealer had my perfect car at my perfect price: but it was manual. Another had everything I wanted: plus pinstripes, rims, bluetooth, and an aero kit which altogether added $2400 to the price. Both dealers tried to tell me how I really needed those things: The first one told me a manual was better, the other one said that the options extra increased resale value, even though I wouldn't use them!

When I pulled up to Keffer Mitsubishi and was looking at the lancers, and they had one almost exactly like the one I wanted: Black, auto, but with rims. JC came up and asked if I wanted to test drive it, mentioning that the car I was looking at was the "Test Drive" Lancer. After going on what had to be a 7-8 mile test drive, I asked when he was getting another car like this one into the dealership.

He said: "If you want to look around at some other dealerships, feel free: there's no pressure. When you know exactly what car you want, let me know and I'll beat their price for the exact same car."

Not really believing him, I told him what I wanted: '11 Lancer ES CVT, Black inside&out, no other options. I then quoted him the price I negotiated at the other dealer for the manual lancer. He left for 3 minutes, came back and said :

"I can actually get it to you for this price (quotes me a price EVEN LOWER) and I can have it here in one business day." 

What about Floormats? - They're included standard.

What about a Loaner until Tuesday? - The car you test-drove, you can drive it around until tuesday when you pick up your car.

What about Gas? – Every car comes with a free full tank of Gas… and 2 free oil changes.

Sounds Great, I have secured financing already through my bank – Let me check it for you real quick… actually, we can beat that rate by .5%

(The rate was better than both (A) my family's bank for 30 years and (B) the Bank I work for, even after factoring in my employee discount!)

The Short Version: I got EXACTLY what I wanted, and JC gave me a price LOWER than my offer. I wish I could buy everything this way!

  I was very pleased with the customer service i recieved from Ron Craig very proffessional  and did the very best and worked with us to get us the kind of car we needed in the right price range.  Also the whole staff at keffer was very freindly .....I will defitnitley be getting my next car purchase from keffer in the future.............thank you all very much for the great service:)

I have been a customer for several years and have NEVER been disappointed with the quality of service and thought it could not get any better. I have been proven wrong. With the addition of Heather to the service team the bar has been raised. She is cordial, sincere, and makes everything right.I trust her and the service team explicitly. I was a little hesitant when I first arrived in the service department due to a female employee's irresponsible behavior handeling other people's vehicles.  This woman was screeching tires and driving rather recklessly in very expensive cars.  We had to inform her that she needed to slow down due to my two children standing at the Service Counter.

If it weren't for the Service Advisor Linda Pearce-Starnes, I definately would have went elsewhere.  She was extremely courtious,helpful, and informing.  She called to explain what was being done on my vehicle and when it would be ready!  She went out of her way to make me feel comfortable with repair work that was going to be performed on my vehicle.  All dealerships should have an asset like Linda working for them!  Absolutely THE BEST!  I am only rating Linda and the mechanic that serviced my vehicle 5 stars! 

I would just like to drop a line to say how much I appreciated the high level of service I received at Keffer Mitsubishi. I started doing business 2 years ago and have always been treated fairly whether I was trading in or buying. The sales staff, and receptionist are very friendly. The new Manager is great and very helpful. The Business Manager is very honest and helpful. These are rare qualities now a days. I will surely be doing business and making referrals to your business every chance I get. Again thank you for all your help.

Mr. Stephens was great. He got me a great interest rate on my car. He did wonders for me and I truly appreciate all that he did. He was so warm and welcoming and just a down to earth honest person. Mitsubishi is great to have him working in sales. He is a gem and I loved the bell thing that was done to cheer on new sales. That was great.

Ron was excellent. He worked with me and got me what I wanted and could afford. He made me feel at home and it was liking talking to a good friend. My 11 year old son came with me and got kind of hungry. Lunch was brought in for the employees and he offered my son some. He was so wonderful and welcoming. Please keep him. He is a gem.

I purchased a used BMW Z4 one year a go this May and have had to have some service work done. Some was Warranty and some not. I have been very impressed with the service department. they are both knowledgeable and accommodating.

I  thought I would have to go to a BMW dealer to obtain the higher level of service the car demandes. I am glad I was wrong.

I was there today and as in my past dealing Heather McClellan and Tech Alex made my visit fun.

I can't of a time in 60+years that i can say that of another dealer.

Excellent and prompt service. Always available to assist and don't mind working beyond regular business hours to finish the service. Reasonable, affordable and comparable prices on most of services (if not on all).

The guarantee they provide on Parts and Labor is a "real" guarantee, with out quoting some annoying reasons and trying  to avoid the guarantee, which I observed to be case in many other places.

Also used to send many useful discounts and benefits for regular and valued customers.

We never take our Jaguar (or our Eclipse) anywhere for service, but to Heather.  She's always attentive, professional, efficient, and does everything she can to save us money.

Stated plainly, in 50 years of driving, I've never encountered anyone in product service - in any industry - that is as worthy of my trust and business as she is.

I took my vehicle in because the Service light illuminated and my car was shaking a bit.  They discovered that an O2 sensor needed to be changed.  The car, however, is still shaking.  The department called early this morning to check on my service and offered to check my car again.  I am confident that they will find what is wrong with it. 

The only negative experience I have is that it is almost impossible to get anyone on the phone in the service department.  They really need their own phone line rather than sharing it with sales and the operator.  I had to call and leave messages 3 different times and played phone tag most of the day with the service people.  It was frustrating.

Heather and Keffer Mitsubishi have earned my business for life! They worked very hard to identify and repair a problem caused by a repair done by another dealership on my '03 Mitsubishi Eclipse Spyder. They provided a loaner car and worked with me to keep the repair costs down. As a result, my car now runs better that when I bought it 6 months ago. Their professionalism and customer focus is outstanding!

 How I found about this dealership is a long and very common problem. My car stopped working and for a 2007 Mitsubishi that was very unusual. So I took it to the Mitsubishi dealership in Hickory (which by the way was Saturn and changed over very abruptly) the first thing they told me is that it was the transmission and that they were not responsible for replacing it or fixing it. They would not return my phone  calls whenever I called and kept passing me around to different people throughout the dealership which was very frustrating and stressful. We started calling other dealership and that is when I had the pleasure of dealing with Heather. She was so professional and listened to what I had to say before jumping to conclusions about my car and what she thinks is wrong with it. She made it so easy for us offering us a temporary car to drive and went the distance to make arrangements to pick up the car and drop the car off. This dealership will always get my business as long as there a professionals like Heather there.

I was devastated that my engine falied on my car, my only means of transportation. My first and only choice that came to my mind was to send my car straight to Keffer Select. I have had one too many negative encounters with the fix it shops right around the corner. You know the ones that charge too much and still doesn't fix your car. I knew I could take it to Keffer and there would be no problems or surprises. I received great service with a great price! The service department was straightforward, accurate, and prompt! I was not expecting to find a car I like and buy so quickly! After I test drove the Lancer GTS, I knew I was going to buy. Sales at Keffer went out of their way and found the car that was the same as the one I drove (which met my criteria), but at a better price. That extra effort is rare and shows they want you to be happy with your purchase. The salesperson didn't pressure me, gave me time to make a decision, and was informative in answering my questions. I know I will enjoy this vehicle for a long time. I would recommed Keffer Automotive to anyone looking for a hassle-free experience in buying a car.

I went to what I thought was the wrong dealership .. turned out it was the right one after all thanks to Travis Littles..   Travis was patient, informative and just very pleasant to work with.  I bought a BMW 328i  and when I am ready for another car I will be calling Travis.

I've been going to the Service Dept at Keffer Mitsubishi since I purchased my Grand Caravan from the used car dealership 5 years ago. I have always been overly impressed with the level of service, freindliness of the service advisors, and promptness of returned phone calls and notification that service has been completed.

   When my Galant lease was nearing its end, I visited the Huntersville dealership to inquire about leasing or owning another Mitsubishi.  I received a very friendly and professional greeting from Sandy Dobbs.  She offered a test drive in an Outlander.  Sandy was helpful without being pushy. After we discussed terms, I indicated that I'd need time to consider my options, and she had no problem with that. After visiting the New York dealership where I had previously leased two Galants, I decided to go back and talk to Sandy about the Outlander.  She continued to work with me in a very patient and professional manner, and I eventually bought an Outlander which she procured from another dealer.  I was extremely satisfied with Sandy and the other employees at Keffer Mitsubishi throughout the process.  Thus far, I am very happy with my purchase, and I strongly recommend Keffer to anyone who is looking for efficient, courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly service.  Ask for Sandy; I'm glad I did!

Sandy was awesome--we did the whole thing by phone and the car was at my house (over 100 miles away) the next day! I got it for well under book value and they gave me a very fair price for my trade-in. When I asked about a minor blemish in the car's interior, Sandy sent a driver back to my place, left me a loaner, and had my car back the next day. Honestly the best car-buying experience I've ever had, and Sandy could not have been nicer to deal with.

I own a 2003 Mitsubishi Eclispse, which I purchased in 2006 and have received all my service since that time from Keffer Mitsubishi in Huntersville.  When I first purchased my car, it was the closest Mitsubishi dealership.  I now live much closer to another dealership, but travel the distance because of the quality, reliable service I have received.  I have the utmost trust and confidence in this service provider.  Thank you! 

I recently moved here from Boston, and I own a 98 BMW 540I. It has all of its original parts and as you would expect several things have started requiring repair or replacement. I have been working with Heather in scheduling my service dates and details. Heather is not only very knowledgeable in what she does, but is also a VERY pleasant person to deal with. Michael (from the parts department) was extremely helpful in prioritizing the services my car needed in the order of safety. They did an outstanding job in getting my car back on the road. It drives almost as it did when I first bought it. They were also helpful in working with me on the cost. I still have a number of items that need to be done on the car, and as far as I am concerned, the team at Keffer will be the only folks servicing it. Once you have found a team that is not just a repair shop - ones that take their time to know your car, and treat you like family - then you never want to trust your car to anyone else. I have found such a team in Keffer. 

My brakes were done in a timely manner. Tire alignment was recommended by another company, but was not deemed necessary at the dealership. I would bring my car back again for servicing.

This is my 4th purchase through the dealership and I have always been impressed by the sales and service team.  However, JC along with Tron and David J have outdone themselves.  They are very knowledgeable and professional and made the experience a pleasant one.

Of course, I cannot overlook Heather in Service -- she is remarkable, personable, knowledgeable, patient . . . I could go on.

When I took my 2006 Mercedes-Benz C280 in for routine service without an appointment on 10/8/10, Heather McClellan ensured that I was in and out quickly.  In addition, when I mentioned a noise, she made sure the problem was diagnosed with a minimum of waiting.  While I was there, the part was ordered and an appointment scheduled.  Since I purchased the car in 2008, I have been well-pleased with the courteous and efficient manner displayed by the staff.

I purchased a HOT Pontiac Solstice GXP from Keffer Select's #1 Salesman Robert Ciarletta.  He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable.  He was able to get me everything that I needed, the perfect car, and processed everything seemlessly without a hitch!  This is further highlighted by the fact that this transaction was done COMPLETELY over the phone and out of state as I live in Atlanta, Georgia!  Mr. Ciarletta is able to work wonders near or far!  Mr. Ciarletta maintained consistent contact and provided updates and ensured my car was delivered on-time.  Mr. Ciarletta paid attention to detail and kept everthing organized and on schedule and answered all of my many questions.  He assured me that the car was everything that it was advertised to be.  The delivery driver is to be thanked as well for being so friendly and helpful.  Thanks Keffer Select for employing good quality people.   

WHAT A GREAT PLACE TO GO FOR SERVICE.!!!!

Ive owned two 3rd generation eclipses and for the past 6 years have always taken them to be serviced at the huntersville keffer mitsubishi location.They have always done an exellent job on the servicing/repairs on my car an wouldnt take it anywhere else but keffer.When I take my eclipse to them I know the repairs will be done right and very highly reccomend them to everyone for there service on vehicles and for their customer service!

Firstly, my appreciation of the exemplary service I received during my recent visit at your “Keffer Mitsubishi” Service cannot be overstated. I purchased a BMW X5 last year from your dealership. Buying a used car, that too not from the makers dealership has always been worrisome until now.  

Yesterday, my X5 had a flat tire and I took it for repair and to my utter surprise the car was missing the wheel lug lock key and the workshop could not fix the tire. I called Hendrick Auto BMW dealership and got an expected answer, we cannot do anything, contact the owner or dealership you bought the vehicle. I then called your dealership and explained the situation to Heather. Immediately Heather apologized for the situation and started to consult her crew and placed calls to BMW dealership in Hickory to resolve the issue on hand. She even offered a technician to drive to my place with the available keys, however unsure of the solution, she asked if I could drive up to your dealership and she would do everything possible to fix the issue “FREE“ of charge. Upon arriving Heather personally assisted in decision making and fixed the issue within no time and had a delighted customer.  

At the service center, every staff member (including Mike) I met was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Striving for customer satisfaction is like going for bronze for you and team. You are all about Customer Elation, I am one of the raving fans in your pot and my number of referrals for your dealership in under a year is a testament of the same.  

Undoubtedly, the leadership under Heather, is one of the finest and would help contribute towards Keffer Auto’s growth to unprecedented heights. Such examples of going that extra mile creates all that difference between a dealership and a "GREAT DEALERSHIP".

My wife and I recently purchased a car for our teenage son.  We were dreading the process but excited about the purchase.  The selection of used quality vehicles at a reasonable price led us to the delaership but the sale was made by Tron.  Tron made the whole experience very easy and smooth.  Tron also went out of his way to accomodate us by making sure small concerns we had with appearance of the car were taken care of.  He not only made sure we were happy with the car but helped us surprise our son with the purchase.  You can tell Tron works for relationships and the next sale not just completing the sale he could make on that day.  We will definitely recommend Tron and his team to our friends and family. 

I am and was very pleased with the overall buying experience I received from Robert and the sales team at Keffer Select and Preowned.  Robert ensured I had ample time to make my decision and gave me space to ensure I was not being presured or being pushed to buy.  He however was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions about my percent rate, pay off, trade, etc.  Overall I would rate Robert as a perfect sales person and a great representative of your company.  The only thing I would say I am not happy with is the fact that I was told the scratch on the trunk would be taken care of and it was not painted and was not taken care of.  f itt was not for that it woudl be an excellent experience and one that I would repeat.  Thanks for your time and hope this reaches robert as he really made the buying experience great.

I bought my 2006 Mitsubishi Eclipse from the Keffer Mitsubishi location in Huntersville in 2005 and have had my vehicle serviced there on a regular basis as needed. Alot of the staff has changed in the service department, which was initially disconcerting, but Heather has been especially polite and professional the last few times that I had my vehicle serviced. Mike has always been great, also!

My 16 year old daughter saved her money to buy her first car, and bought a Eclipse, so I had her take it to a local shop here in Mooresville NC to have the car inspected and they hardly gave her the time of day just a list of stuff that needed to be fixed about   $952.76 WOW

So I called Heather, in the Service Dept and told her what we needed to have done to the car and asked her what the cost would be for the same items She took my info and called me back with a quote of $568.00 thats almost half.  So we had them do the work.

 Now thats just the start of it she called my daughter the day they were working on her car and kept her informed of what they were doing and when the car would be ready now thats customer service!!!!! The car was picked up at the promised Time and all the items were completed Thanks to the Service Dept. I asked for her boss so I could tell them what a great experience we had and she told me Mr Keffer so I called to tell him but had to leave a message but in about 1 hour Mr Keffer called me back from his personal cell phone and said call him anytime good or bad and he was glad our experience went well

Its things like treating a 16 yr old like an adult that brings back repeat business!!!!!

I would almost promise that when the day comes my daughter buys another car, the first place she will go is Keffer Mitsubishi not just for the car but because of how she was treated professionally .     Thanks Heather and the whole Service Department.

My wife and I purchased a car there last month. The sales process was seamless and I was very satisfied with the way we were treated. I don't like spending hours in a dealership haggling over the price of a car so Tron and I were able to come to terms on the phone. When we went to take delivery of the car I pointed out some cleanliness issues to JC and he had the car detailed again while we waited. I didn't like the wait but I appreciated the fact that he took the time to make sure that we were satisfied with the car. I would certainly do business with them again and I will recommend them to friends and family.

To whom it may concern I wanted to write Keffer Mitsubishi about the wonderful service I received while here on June 26th. I bought an Eclipse the first time in 2002 from Keffer Mitsubishi and drove the card for 120K miles before I sold the car making a profit. I came back to Keffer Mitsubishi for a trade this year. The transaction was smooth; Robert was very helpful with getting a great price for my trade in. I ended up trading in a BMW 02 E39 M5 for a BMW 06 E46 M3 convertible. I was starting to get big costly repair issues with the M5 and wanted to move to a warranted car. After talking with Paul, he explained the great offerings MasterTech has for aftermarket warrantees. Paul made me feel confident that I would be covered for most of the items that would go wrong. He also worked to get my payments down to a reasonable about mixing warranty coverage with trade-in cost. Keffer also has very honest repair technicians from when I have worked with them on my Eclipse in the past. Eclipses are good cars too! I love my new BMW and will come back to Keffer for all my future used car purchases!

Excellent service department!!! I brought my Outlander in on a Thursday, and told them i needed it on the road by Saturday to go on vacation. They willingly got parts shipped overnight, and had it done by Friday afternoon! Other garages said a week before they could even get it done. WOW! 

I stopped in at the end of the day on a Saturday when they were getting ready to close up shop. One of the workers was walking out of the garage and I stopped to talk with him for a minute. I told him that my low air pressure light came on and that I had a nail in my rear passanger tire. The service guy told me not to worry about it. He took my car in and fixed it right away for free. I always have wonderful service when I go here. Keep up the good work guys! You have great customer service! Thank you.

My car had completely broken down.  When my fiance and I had gone to the service center to ask what to do, Heather McCiellan told us step by step what to do.  We had the car towed in and she kept us informed about every aspect of the repair.  What I liked best was that the people in the service center didn't talk down to me because I didn't know anything about cars.  It was a great experience and I will not hesitate to return there in the future!
