I bought two cars from Rob this week and was pleasantly surprised how smooth it was. We had been dreading this for a while but I can say this was a great experience. You tell them what you want and they make it happen. I will definately buy from here again.

Caleb Wilson provided excellent service from the time I called the service department untill they completed service on my Endeavor.  There was a water leak that no one else could find.  Thank you so much for excellent service in a timely manner.

Heather was great on getting things done on every visit. She's wonderful! Linda was also great in helping me get in & out in a timely manner. Bob took the time to clearly explain everything he had done to my BMW and for that I was impressed! All in all...Great service!

We lost our keys at the airport, had to have our car towed to this dealership to have a key made and Linda was a great help. We felt like we were back home with great southern hospitality.

I also wanted to show my appreciation for David in finance.  He was very helpful in completing my paperwork.  Although we had to redo the papers several times, at no fault to Keffer, he was pleasant and patient.

I am not sure if I choose the right person.  But Bob in service, who's from up north, was very helpful in explaining some of the mechanics of my new Outlander.  I just purchased a new 2011 GT Outlander and was not used to some of the characteristics.

I just wanted to extend my appreciation to the superb service Sandy, Tron, David (sales) and Bob (service) provided me in the purchase of my new Outlander.

I intended to test drive a Honda but opted to drop by Keffer Select (after hours) to just look at the Outlander.  Sandy and Tron were still there past closing time.  They offered a test drive and stayed with me until 11:30 PM trying to find a car and a deal that fit my likes, needs and budget.

It was pressure-free.  They were always positive and patient.

Definitely not your "typical" car salesman(woman).

On a side note, I would also like to thank Bob in Service for explaining some of the mechanics of the Outlander.

This is the first Mitsubishi Galant and the first time having it serviced.  I could not have asked for a better service department or service consultant.  She went above and beyond what any other service department has done for me in the past.  Thank you so much for making my experience with my new car great.
