Very friendly and helpful. Got me what I wanted in the price range I was willing to pay.

My favorite thing about working with Kia was that at no point did I feel any type of pressure.  I'd been looking at cars for a few days and at each stop the person I spoke with made me feel that I had to make a decision right then and there...many times trying to make me and my family feel bad about not purchasing a vehicle that we really didn't want.

Kia greeted us with kindness and spoke with us in a way that made us feel like we knew her already.  She was quick with answers and if there was anything she did not know, she knew how to get us the answers quickly.  She even got someone to brew me a fresh pot of coffee.  That's what we noticed about our experience at Keffer Mitsubishi, attention to the little things that matter to us and making us feel at optimal comfort level.  

I will definitely be sending people interested in buying a new or used car her way.

i bought my car from Keffer and I always get my car serviced there. I live in Hickory

and the service manager Heather picks up and drops my car off to me when I need

service. She has excellent customer service and I would refer all my friends and family to Keffer at any time

Heather is awesome!  She is the reason we get our car serviced there.

The customer service as keffer could not be any better. Everyone is courteous and explains everything well. There could not have been a better experience without having no car problems in the first place. Thank you Keffer and heather, all my cars will come from yall in the future.

We my daughter and I was at the keffer Mitsubishi looking for a good car for my her,  it took about three days to fine something really nice, but a salesmen WILL Martin was very patiene with us and I would have nothin but good things to SAY ABOUT THIS SALEMEN WILL MARTIN... My BMW 328xi was due for brakes and rotors. We bought our car from Keffer but we did price shopping to see who would take care of us the best. No one could beat Heather's customer service and prices. Heather went out of her way to take care of me and ensure I had a great experience!

I recently visited Keffer last Saturday and was so impressed with the service level I received. Heather is amazing. As well as her staff. She is always going above and beyond to take care of the customer and make sure they understand every step of the way what is happening. She makes good recommendations and I feel Safe there. I will be bringing my car back this Sat to get the heat fixed, and I trust Keffer to do the best job possible.
