My 16 year old daughter saved her money to buy her first car, and bought a Eclipse, so I had her take it to a local shop here in Mooresville NC to have the car inspected and they hardly gave her the time of day just a list of stuff that needed to be fixed about   $952.76 WOW

So I called Heather, in the Service Dept and told her what we needed to have done to the car and asked her what the cost would be for the same items She took my info and called me back with a quote of $568.00 thats almost half.  So we had them do the work.

 Now thats just the start of it she called my daughter the day they were working on her car and kept her informed of what they were doing and when the car would be ready now thats customer service!!!!! The car was picked up at the promised Time and all the items were completed Thanks to the Service Dept. I asked for her boss so I could tell them what a great experience we had and she told me Mr Keffer so I called to tell him but had to leave a message but in about 1 hour Mr Keffer called me back from his personal cell phone and said call him anytime good or bad and he was glad our experience went well

Its things like treating a 16 yr old like an adult that brings back repeat business!!!!!

I would almost promise that when the day comes my daughter buys another car, the first place she will go is Keffer Mitsubishi not just for the car but because of how she was treated professionally .     Thanks Heather and the whole Service Department.
