As usual, a great experience at Keffer Mitsubishi! From AM Stephens in sales to Linda Starnes and Heather McClellan in Service, I always receive the best service. This is my 2nd vehicle from Keffer Mitsubishi and I am always appreciative of the excellent service I receive here. 

I took my vehicle in because the Service light illuminated and my car was shaking a bit.  They discovered that an O2 sensor needed to be changed.  The car, however, is still shaking.  The department called early this morning to check on my service and offered to check my car again.  I am confident that they will find what is wrong with it. 

The only negative experience I have is that it is almost impossible to get anyone on the phone in the service department.  They really need their own phone line rather than sharing it with sales and the operator.  I had to call and leave messages 3 different times and played phone tag most of the day with the service people.  It was frustrating.

I stopped in at the end of the day on a Saturday when they were getting ready to close up shop. One of the workers was walking out of the garage and I stopped to talk with him for a minute. I told him that my low air pressure light came on and that I had a nail in my rear passanger tire. The service guy told me not to worry about it. He took my car in and fixed it right away for free. I always have wonderful service when I go here. Keep up the good work guys! You have great customer service! Thank you.
