I am not sure if I choose the right person. But Bob in service, who's from up north, was very helpful in explaining some of the mechanics of my new Outlander. I just purchased a new 2011 GT Outlander and was not used to some of the characteristics.
He road with me and explained everything well.

Excellent and prompt service. Always available to assist and don't mind working beyond regular business hours to finish the service. Reasonable, affordable and comparable prices on most of services (if not on all).
The guarantee they provide on Parts and Labor is a "real" guarantee, with out quoting some annoying reasons and trying to avoid the guarantee, which I observed to be case in many other places.
Also used to send many useful discounts and benefits for regular and valued customers.
I myself will definitely go there and suggest other mitsubishi customers to go there for service

Heather and Keffer Mitsubishi have earned my business for life! They worked very hard to identify and repair a problem caused by a repair done by another dealership on my '03 Mitsubishi Eclipse Spyder. They provided a loaner car and worked with me to keep the repair costs down. As a result, my car now runs better that when I bought it 6 months ago. Their professionalism and customer focus is outstanding!

I was devastated that my engine falied on my car, my only means of transportation. My first and only choice that came to my mind was to send my car straight to Keffer Select. I have had one too many negative encounters with the fix it shops right around the corner. You know the ones that charge too much and still doesn't fix your car. I knew I could take it to Keffer and there would be no problems or surprises. I received great service with a great price! The service department was straightforward, accurate, and prompt! I will definitely do all my car business with them again and will not hestitant when recommending them to someone else. Thanks again!

I go to Keffer Mitsubishi for all my cars service needs because they are always reliable and professional. I have owned a few cars in my day but Keffer Mitsubishi has by far the best service department! Please do yourself a favor and have your car's service needs taken care of at Keffer Mitsubishi. You'll thank me for it!

I own a 2003 Mitsubishi Eclispse, which I purchased in 2006 and have received all my service since that time from Keffer Mitsubishi in Huntersville. When I first purchased my car, it was the closest Mitsubishi dealership. I now live much closer to another dealership, but travel the distance because of the quality, reliable service I have received. I have the utmost trust and confidence in this service provider. I recently moved here from Boston, and I own a 98 BMW 540I. It has all of its original parts and as you would expect several things have started requiring repair or replacement. I have been working with Heather in scheduling my service dates and details. Heather is not only very knowledgeable in what she does, but is also a VERY pleasant person to deal with. Michael (from the parts department) was extremely helpful in prioritizing the services my car needed in the order of safety. They did an outstanding job in getting my car back on the road. It drives almost as it did when I first bought it. They were also helpful in working with me on the cost. I still have a number of items that need to be done on the car, and as far as I am concerned, the team at Keffer will be the only folks servicing it. Once you have found a team that is not just a repair shop - ones that take their time to know your car, and treat you like family - then you never want to trust your car to anyone else. I have found such a team in Keffer.

My brakes were done in a timely manner. Tire alignment was recommended by another company, but was not deemed necessary at the dealership. I would bring my car back again for servicing.
