Let me just say that Heather in the service dept. is the ONLY reason I did not blow a fuse about my car. She is the BEST service manager. My salesperson, Ron, was patient with me and provided excellent customer service. The finance dept. took exceptional care in explaining my loan/contract to me and my husband. :)
However, the sales manager, Tron, was NOT the type of person I'd like to deal with again. Everyone at Keffer Select had a positive attitude except him.

MRS. LINDA IN THE SERIVCE DEPARTMENT, IS VERY KIND AND HELPFUL WHEN IT COME TO QUESTIONS AND STATUS OF YOUR VEHICLE WHILE IT IS IN FOR SERIVCE. I MYSELF HAVE NOT HAD ANYONE PROBLEMS WITH MRS. LINDA OR ANY OTHER PERSONS IN THE SERIVCE DEPARTMENT. THE WHOLE DEPARTMENT DOES A GREAT WORK

i bought my car from Keffer and I always get my car serviced there. I live in Hickory
and the service manager Heather picks up and drops my car off to me when I need
service. She has excellent customer service and I would refer all my friends and family to Keffer at any time

The customer service as keffer could not be any better. Everyone is courteous and explains everything well. There could not have been a better experience without having no car problems in the first place. Thank you Keffer and heather, all my cars will come from yall in the future.

My BMW 328xi was due for brakes and rotors. We bought our car from Keffer but we did price shopping to see who would take care of us the best. No one could beat Heather's customer service and prices. Heather went out of her way to take care of me and ensure I had a great experience!

I recently visited Keffer last Saturday and was so impressed with the service level I received. Heather is amazing. As well as her staff. She is always going above and beyond to take care of the customer and make sure they understand every step of the way what is happening. She makes good recommendations and I feel Safe there. I will be bringing my car back this Sat to get the heat fixed, and I trust Keffer to do the best job possible.

Caleb Wilson provided excellent service from the time I called the service department untill they completed service on my Endeavor. There was a water leak that no one else could find. Thank you so much for excellent service in a timely manner.

Heather was great on getting things done on every visit. She's wonderful! Linda was also great in helping me get in & out in a timely manner. Bob took the time to clearly explain everything he had done to my BMW and for that I was impressed! All in all...Great service!
