When I left the dealership after purchasing my car I would have rated the dealership a 5 for sure.  However I was told that my dash (has small spots of discoloration) would be fixed when we were on the test drive.  When I called back to see when I could get it done he said that it would cost me $50.  I was very disappointed.  I spent over $20,000 and they couldn't go ahead and fix it for me.  No one likes to be mislead especially when buying a car.  It is for reasons like this that used car salesmen have a bad reputation.  For this reason I would not feel comfortable recommending your dealership to friends and family.
